SUN AZ wire to be used the full set of production line and coating technology from Japan, this line is the current highest product line in the world.

Presently our domestic popular material mostly is 5% Al-Zn ally steel wire or galvanized steel wire. But the people have also started using 10% Al-Zn alloy wire in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Europe. Especially Japan’s transport ministry (the ministry of communications and the ministry of land and resources) has designated this 10% AZ wire as the special material (using for river regulation, landslide protection). Kokkaido industrial experiment made one 1000hours salt spray test, the data proved this 10% AZ wire service life is 1.6times that 5% AZ wire, and more than 3.2times of galvanized steel wire. In other words, the coating weight 300g/m2 of 10% AZ wire is approximately equal to the life of coating weight 500g/m2 of 5% AZ alloy wire and coating weight about 900g/m2 of galvanized steel wire.
