US Conducts AD Administrative Review on Drawn SS Sinks from China

The Department of Commerce (Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks (drawn sinks) from the People's Republic of China (PRC).

The administrative review covers 11 exporters, of which the Department selected two as mandatory respondents for individual examination (i.e., Guangdong Dongyuan Kitchenware Industrial Co., Ltd. (Dongyuan) and Guangdong Yingao Kitchen Utensils Co., Ltd. (Yingao)). The period of review (POR) is October 4, 2012, through March 31, 2014.

The Department preliminarily finds that Dongyuan and Yingao both made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the POR. If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. Effective Date is May 7, 2015.
